Shocking avoid them!
Shocking - this company misrepresented who they were (my existing supplier) and lied to me about the current variable rates with my existing supplier. This is costing more than if I had gone direct to the supplier. Their attitude when challenged on my second call was poor and unhelpful. Their complaints email address does not work.
