Sky insurance increasing prices of loyal customers.
Update : Since the initial review below I had a phone call from sky insurance and they were friendly and professional Sam dropped the price this year which was kindly appreciated I will continue to use sky insurance and will up the stars from 2 to 4 stars thank you Sam and management. SKY/1/0016140 Hi I have been a loyal customer of sky insurance for the last 3-4 years. However this year I was given a renewal quote of £450 an increase of £50. They never really budge on the price and increase every year without fail. However this year I have had points removed from license so it’s all clear and I was told that they will reduce the price that they had increased due to the points once removed, clearly not the case. Many car insurance company’s are supporting there loyal customers with a reduction in premium due to Coronavirus virus as we have been under government restrictions so not being able to use our cars, sky insurance seems to be doing the exact opposite and taking advantage of the situation by putting the prices up. I was told there in house under writer is responsible for this decision. Pls feel free to shares this on on social media. Big company’s taking advantage of there loyal customers in a pandemic .
