Convenient but a rip-off
It is nice to pay for new registration from the comforts of home, but frustrating to have multiple unnecessary fees on top of the original registration fee. After all that, delivery isn't even guaranteed unless the extra costing priority mail is purchased. Prices need to be lowered.
