I am very upset poor customer service
I am very upset. I called a few weeks ago about low pill sweatshirts that I purchased and added HTV on. I sold them with HTV decor, and a few days after the girls wore them they began to form pilling balls allover. The worse on the inner sleeves and under arms and on the chest, I was told that this happens even with anti-pill sweatshirts but I explained it happened within days of being used and without washing. the lady made a smart remit saying that happens when you lean on a wall, really, like the little girls were raising their arms on the wall rubbing it! The brand was Hanes. The customer service representative I spoke with would not let me talk, would not let me say anything without first cutting me off to say it was not their issue. She said she couldn't do anything because it was already worn and embellished on, but I was unable to know this would happen unless they were worn. I was told I would get a supervisor call back, NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK!!!! I lost out on a lot of money had to replace the sweaters and repurchase everything. never using this company again, poor customer service! I will let all my chat groups, and informational shirt groups know how unhelpful their representatives are!
