I love Lexi
I love Lexi, my Carda Trainer! She pays close attention to my words and my body. She give excellent advice and support and she understands my quirky humor. All of the training videos are excellent! GREAT trainers and Lexi monitors my progress closely. This really is a great program and so convenient! I am getting stronger and my balance and range of motion are improving with each session! I am very thankful for CARDA!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LEXI!!!!
