Disappointed with Service
I had a consultation which was great, got me script and paid for the product a lot of money. Then they said it has been sent to me. The parcel came all the way to Quorn Post Office. The Post Office received a phone call from the freight company her name was gabby at Adelaide Airport (Startrack) they then sent an email and said to send parcel back to sender which is Hub health who have my money. I have no idea why this was sent back. I have sent multiple emails trying to find out what is going on between hub health and Startrack no one will tell me beside blaming the other party. I would dearly like some communication, and I can't afford to purchase this again. I either want all my money back or my parcel sent back to me. I'm concerned as it's supposed to be kept cold, so I certainly don't want the original as it come from Queensland and then to Adelaide Regional and then Back to Queensland. Come on someone please tell me what's going on. No one wants to help me. Quick to take your money and no support. I guess I have to go to consumer affairs now. I shouldn't have to do this. Also there is no phone number you can ring to speak to someone from Hub Health. If anyone who reads this has any ideas id love to hear from you. :(
