Scam - avoid
Car collected by an extremely rude and unhelpful driver who was genuinely angry when I asked questions. Multiple phone numbers and email addresses all linked only to one company, not a "network". They do not answer the phone, do not respond to emails and left me no choice but to report the car stolen as they made no attempt to pay for the vehicle.
