Primo Water is by far the worst…
Primo Water is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. They took over ReadyRefresh—and ever since, it’s been a disaster. I never had problems with ReadyRefresh, but Primo has been nothing but unreliable and careless. I’ve been waiting on a delivery that was supposed to happen last Tuesday. Then it got pushed to Monday. Today they promised it would come between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. It’s now been a full 8 days. STILL NO WATER and absolutely no communication. I have a baby and teenagers at home. We need water. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Primo, get it together. You’re messing with people’s basic necessities. I’m done.
