Terrible service, tried to keep payment
So more fool me! This was the 2nd request I made with this company. The first one allowed for the booking and money to be paid then cal leeks it saying they didn’t deliver there! Terrible service which confirmed a pick up and then cancelled it and I even had to ask for a refund and the person who I was dealing with said they would have to check with a supervisor (happy to share the screen shots on here if it was possible), the refund wasn’t automatic and despite taking my money when they couldn’t fulfil an order, they took 5 days to refund it. I foolishly came back a second time and again, the booking was cancelled. I did fulfil the customs info as disputed and it was just straight away cancelled with no request for additional info! You use a courier company to guide you through these things and all this company does is take your money and then cancel your confirmed collection. Would definitely not recommend and will never use again. As the company has told lies below I think this is all the consumer needs to know.
