Bad customer service
I ordered a futon frame and got an email with order details. No information about shipping, but I figured I'd get that in a few days. I heard nothing more from them and emailed them 3 times over the next 3 weeks and finally got a reply that my order had been cancelled 2 days after I ordered the futon because they could not ship to California "at this time". (I find this particularly odd, since the business address is in California.) I did not receive a cancellation notification and was not reimbursed. I'm now having to pursue getting my refund. I understand things are difficult because of Covid, but that's no excuse for 3 weeks of no communication.
