Terrible customer service.
I went there for the first time and my wife and I spent a significant amount of money on vape products as well as a cigar lighter. When I got home, the lighter was out of fluid, and it was impossible to fill it with butane. I went back and the rude sales person told me that the fill pin was bent. I did not ask for a refund; I simply asked him if I could exchange the lighter since it was new and never used. He refused to do so asking me for a receipt. I signed up for their customer rewards program so they should have been able to find the sale. They refused to do so, filled the lighter and told me that they would not exchange it. I also tried to fill it and it would not work. I once again asked them to exchange the lighter and they were rude and told me no. This was a $26.00 lighter. I did not ask for a refund, just an exchange. They know their own product and they still would not do anything to make me a satisfied customer. I would rather throw everything I purchased from them in the garbage than to ever patronize their store again. I wish I could give them less than one star. They earned this low rating.
