DO NOT BUY FROM NIOLO. I ordered a pram from them but was damaged when I received it. I returned it immediately through PostNL, with tracking information. But they refuse to give a refund. they say that they didnt get the returned item in their warehouse. I have proof from PostNL that the item was delivered to their address, but still they refuse. They do not have a customer service phone number. They hardly responds to contact form, it's useless. KOOP NIET BIJ NIOLO. Ik heb een kinderwagen bij hen besteld, maar deze was beschadigd toen ik hem ontving. Ik heb het direct teruggestuurd via PostNL, met tracking informatie. Maar ze weigeren geld terug te geven. ze zeggen dat ze het geretourneerde artikel niet in hun magazijn hebben gekregen. Ik heb een bewijs van PostNL dat het artikel op hun adres is afgeleverd, maar toch weigeren ze. Ze hebben geen telefoonnummer van de klantenservice. Ze reageren nauwelijks op het contactformulier, het is nutteloos.
