I find it difficult to communicate with the Gym. I get "no reply" emails which is frustrating. I filled in a form about the "joint pain programme" which was full of flaws and ambiguous questions. One of them asked if I lived with someone what do they feel my mood is. I don't live with anyone, so left this question blank. However you can't submit the form unless you answer the question. These ill thought out questionnaires bug me. Another question tries to link your mood with the effects of the joint pain programme. There are many different factors that affect mood!
