I think Marriott has totally lost the…

I think Marriott has totally lost the plot in respect of customer service. Having owned Marriott for over twenty years I am now a really dissatisfied owner. You are sold this product which has ended up being no resale value . We have been told so many lies throughout presentations it is unbelievable. We never get the room requested. Never can get the dates requested. No getaways available with Interval another selling point. Points for a week are more than the week traded with Interval which become less and less. Though we have recommended to friends in the past who have bought. It had also worked for us fir so many years. It is sad
