I love how you have to ask..."What went wrong THIS TIME..." You were not available at the time that I requested my vehicle. Had to sit in the airport for four hours. Like MANY others in your reviews, you seem to have a litany of negative reviews regarding customer service. I was told that it would be weeks for me to get my security deposit back...it's been two weeks and this craptastic company said it may be ANOTHER two weeks to process my refund.... I would STRONGLY recommend that you steer clear of this company when renting a vehicle at DFW..... I am calling the BBB right after this post... Stick to the bigger, trustworthy rental companies.... Chris BTW....just tried to leave a review and, apparently, that function has been disabled from their end...
