Quick and confrmed access to health just need to oil their back office
There has never been a problem with any claim and the support staff handling the initial claim and the bookings through to a consultant via telephone have been exemplary. They fall down on providing the Px with the necessary coding when attending the clinics and they don't seem to be as well known to the clinics as others. Usually it was easier to send on the invoice to G&MH. But then because of a slow payment policy you end up being chased by the consultant
