Unit was not very clean

Unit was not very clean. Overnight guests I had for only one night were told they had to park across Perdido Blvd even though there were a lot of spaces in the lower lots never used. I feel this is very dangerous to try to make your way across the busy street with suitcases. After much discussion it was decided that I could have a second parking pass for a two bedroom unit. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was evident that improvements have been made in the building since I was last there 2 years ago.
