They sent me an email telling me I had to confirm my flight. After going through that transaction, I had two charges for a flight. I spent an hour on the phone and still didn't resolve the issue, saying the airline was closed. I got my refund eventually, but it definitely wasn't worth the stress for a problem that THEY caused.
