Hi, They are just not responding properly to my emails, l have been waiting since last Friday and nobody seems to be responding. I had a few questions related to visa documents, still no one is providing an answer for me. I am still waiting to get their email, it is the 4th email today l sent them. So l don't really know why they are so slow and not answering my questions properly.
