$300 charged for a few days over storage limit
I have a subscription for 5TB a year. This costs $99 I was getting close to my limit and said if I didn't want to go over to remove some data. They did not explain how at this stage. I went in and thought I removed some data but accidently backed up more. I got an email stating I was over and now gave me instructions on how to remove the data. I followed it and removed the data to bring me below my limit. For the few days I was over they charged me $300!! To put me on the next level would have only been an extra $50. I know it was my mistake but the system is not easy to follow and as soon as I knew I was over I rectified the situation. I have contacted their support 4 times about this with no reply. I would have happily paid the extra $50 to move up to the next tier which would have been ample but taking $300 feels like a smash and grab
