Wait until you try make a claim.1*
I notice the 5* reviews are mainly only on price, Wait until you try and make a claim, they have you jumping through hoops and try to get you to do their own job for them. I spent 15 minutes on the phone answering a ridiculous questionnaire, then they sent an email telling me I had to do it online also. They didn't have a plumber available to source my leak and asked me to sort it myself, they wanted my £600 excess before arranging a leak specialist to find the leak but told me if it was due to grout or silicone damage the claim would not be valid and they'd keep my £600. You can't actually speak to Frontier they have no phone or email they will answer, you can only speak to Database or Evoloution claims. I also done a dummy Go Compare quote with the claim which increased the policy by £1000 (+200%) this ongoing yearly increase plus the huge excess and stress dealing with all the above had me cancelling the claim and getting the repairs done myself and a renewal elsewhere for only £410 with better cover. FRONTIER, DO NOT USE.
