DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, SCAM ARTISTS.
They showed up a day late but apparently there is a clause where they a primary day and a backup day, ok, they got me there. Once the movers showed up, the lead guy was very rude and demanding and wanted an additional $1,000 before he would start loading due to my items being larger than he thought. I had a list in my hand that showed everything to be loaded that he refused to look at. He and his crew spoke broken english (Russian) so communicating was already difficult. When I tried to explain the contract, had zero interest in looking at it and didn't even know who Coastal Moving was. That's when I found out that they were a broker to a dispatcher that was called from Coastal. The lead guy, who was 6'1"-ish was standing over top of one of my helpers who is female and 4'11" screaming at her to shut the fk up because she said he was unprofessional. It got uglier from there but if anyone uses these people, be prepared to pay a lot more once they arrive. Look somewhere else for movers. They are used car salesmen at best and will tell you how great they are but don't deliver. The crew ended up leaving with zero furniture moved and they got part of my payment. Legal proceedings are pending.
