Very disappointed
Very disappointed. This was my second order. The first order was perfect. I did this order using the exact same picture from the first order (this was a gift) and it arrived very blurry. I reached out to the Smallwood help link that was given on order email. They were kind enough (even though blamed me) to redo the print. They claimed the photo I originally sent was blurry. You can even zoom in on the order email they sent and it’s clear as day. I emailed the EXACT same picture and they said that it was clear and they would use AI to enhance it for printing. I received the updated image in a timely manner BUT it is very different from the original one that I ordered in the first order. The coloring is off and it still has a weird blur to it. Unfortunately others need to be aware of the inconsistencies in ordering. They cost way too much not to be satisfied. I will not order again nor refer anyone else to.
