Awful experience with Kia warranty…

Awful experience with Kia warranty which has not yet been resolved. Bought a Kia Sorrento November 2022 which came with the remainder of a seven year warranty. Took it to Kia Orbital in Ashford on August 10th because the engine management light was on. They cleaned a sensor and told us to come back if it came on again. It came on immediately. They diagnosed a failed turbo charger and we took it back to them on August 18th. They told us it was covered under the warranty but they can't get the part. It is now 4th September and they do not expect the part for another three weeks (week of the 25th September). We told the garage on 24th August that we have found suppliers who can deliver a part in 24 hours but they won't do it because they will only source from Kia. We will be without a car for seven weeks (if they actually fix it then) with no courtesy car. Edit - We got a courtesy car after 3 weeks. We have just been told they estimate that the part will arrive in the UK on 27th November - so over three months without our car. This is despite the fact that we can get the part delivered to us by various UK companies in 24 hours if we pay for it ourselves.
