Leak from pipe under the boiler 4 weeks…
Leak from pipe under the boiler 4 weeks ago. Still not fixed. Engineer attended after 2 weeks. They cancelled the first appointment due to parts not received. Next appointment no one attended. Still waiting for the job to be completed. I have not received any communication since 25th February. Telephone waiting times can take up to 30 minutes and more. Rude customer service. No apologies. They do not deserve any stars. The job is still outstanding.
