Ordered a pair or merrell hiking shoes online, as no stock in stores near me. Received the order 1 week later, to find a single shoe and to make things worse the security tag was still attached. Called customer support, who was unable to send a replacement until the single shoe was returned. This made me get a full refund, as I didnt have time to return the shoes as I was interstate and then subseqiently leaving overseas. Customer support, didnt help with facilitating correcting their double error.
