Ocean Estate Agents - Downends' team have been amazing during the purchase of our first home. All the team have gone above and beyond to help us. From the initial house viewings, with Molly and Joe through to the completion, with Lisa they have all been both professional and personable. Although they were not our solicitors, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free due to Lisa continuously keeping is informed and in the loop, on what was happening, and what needed to happen to get us completed. And the very cute ‘Congratulations box’ when we collected our keys was perfect!! A huge Thank You x
