I have been very disappointed with their service! I had ordered via their website and a wrong address showed up, so I had to contact them to change it, because there was no way to do it on their website. They did change it, but the information didn't get to the shipping company. Then I had to contact them again to make sure that the shipment arrived at the right place. The shipment company called me the day of the delivery and told me that they couldn't find the name, which I then gave to them. But here is the WORST: the product was (due to my error) the wrong one, which we only found out once we had called an installateur. As you can imagine, this took a little while to find somebody. Finally, it wasn't the right product and I wanted to ship it back, which they then told me, it wasn't possible anymore. So today, I find myself in a situation that I bought a thermostat that I can't use, which is of course very annoying on my side, but also on the side of our environment. And even after asking 2 times, they did not want to take it back!!! It's a shame that in todays environment there is no flexibility. NEVER AGAIN!
