Avoid avoid avoid!!
Do not fly Singapore unless you absolutely have to!!!! We have been stuck in an endless issue with them about our flights due to Covid issues. Customer service has been none existent and eventually we moved them to next year only for Singapore to “cancel” them. When we called to find out why they are cancelled, when there is clearly still a flight listed, it turns out they aren’t really cancelled they are just holding our money in credit and if we want the flight we have to pay over £300 more as they are “taking a risk” putting the flight on!! They then tried to charge us for cancelling as we couldn’t afford the extra money. Eventually they agreed to cancel and said they would email confirmation within 5 days but that it could take 6 weeks to get the refund. Over a week later, no email and now you can’t call them you have to fill in a refund form.. surely this is bordering on fraud and deception?! Appalling customer service and a disgraceful approach by an airline that was once one of the best out there. Never ever again will I fly with them.
