Exceptional, understanding service.
We have a website which went down and we couldn't understand why. We contacted Heart Internet via the live chat and we were led through the problem and how to rectify it, giving us options. As we have little tech knowledge we contacted the person who deals with all of our media interaction. He advised us and so we got back in touch with Heart to select our option. This was done quickly. We have had exceptional service from Heart and thank them for dealing with us technophobes in such a patient way - thank you Carmen C and Alexandra. Fingers crossed we will be back up and running when the propagation is complete. Once again, thank you.
