Bought a "Stanley" tumbler for a gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. Four weeks later I get a cheap, fake, knockoff direct from China. Response time to emails is days. They are requiring I ship it back to China at my own expense if I want a refund. they are not a US company and they do not sell authentic brand products as described.
