I wanted to share my experience i had a surgery yesterday my first impression was the cleanliness of the place and how well groomed the staff(recepionists and nurses, janitors) looks in uniforms, second important thing was the accurate admission, blood tests, surgery duration and discharging times, Also Zubeyde the interpreter was more than caring & professional her follow up during all of the surgery phases was flawless, lastly i would like to thank Dr Nuri Demerkaya for his professional consulation & surgery done successfully also his sense of humor made the before surgery tension fade away i was assured iam in safe hands And of course i wouldnt forget the anesthia doctor who kept speaking to me in a friendly way untill i peacefully slept with no tension.
