Best e-bike shop EVER! The people in here are sooooo lovely! I was in Surbiton and had forgotten my bike-lock key so they offered to lend me a lock (for free) for the day and then let me leave my bike there (for free) for the day instead. I mean, if that's not outstanding customer service then I don't know what is. Next time I need something bike related, I'll be coming here.
