Outstanding service and great fun at Westfield Stratford

Went into Reiss at Westfield Stratford on a whim that evening. Had been dreaming about a trouser suit for years but wasn't really in the mindset for treating myself and I usually actually don't like shopping. The shop assistants were absolutely lovely. Knowledgeable, attentive, fun. I honestly can't remember ever having such a great time. I walked out with my dream trouser suit and a big big smile on my face. I take my hat off to the staff, this is how it's done. These jobs are not easy and it's important to honour when they're done exceptionally well, I feel. A special thanks to Izabela.
