Fraud - paid for 1.500 extra credits, got nothing!
I attempted to purchase 500 extra credits but received an error message, and the transaction didn’t go through. I then tried again—this time with 1,000 credits—which also failed. Despite both attempts being unsuccessful, my credit card was charged for both, resulting in a total payment for 1,500 credits, even though I only intended to buy 500. To make matters worse, I was charged twice but never received the credits or a refund. I reported the issue over a month ago on ideasbugs.featurebase.app, but it has been completely ignored. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service. Customer support appears to be non-existent, and it feels like money is being taken without delivering what was promised.
