Delivered damaged goods with no compensation
I have ordered a high quality hockey stick on discount and received a product with various signs of damage (scratches, paint peeing off in several places, partially shredded safety foil). After contacting the customer service, they have responded to me by saying that the discount was given because it was their last item and it has been tried by customers. This was however not mentioned on their website. They could not find a way to compensate for the damaged good other than offering a 5 Eur discount on my potential next order. I was really pissed off in the end and would not recommend this online shop!
