Was told the policy would not auto…
Was told the policy would not auto renew but it did. Then ‘nothing can be done until next year’. Extremely impersonal to deal with. NRMA is not the company it used to be. If something goes wrong they hide behind a wall and continue to take your money. I think the phone people use scripts. Like scammers do.
