Haben eine Reise nach Santorini gebucht mit umsteigen in München Ab Hamburg hob die Maschine schon verspätet ab.In München mussten wir 35 Gates fast schon laufen und zusätzlich eine andere Fluggesellschaft.Auf Santorini hatten wir 2 Urlaubstage keine Koffer.Das war im September.Bisher von vivido keine Mitteilung wie jetzt der Sachstand ist.Absolut traurig..Vivido Nein Danke..
