Ordered over two weeks ago, item was NOT a preorder and showed in stock. After not hearing anything, I reached out for a status. I was then informed there was no stock and I was refunded. No coupon code offer, no explanation as to why I had to reach out to find this out. They seemed content to keep my money as long as was permissible. My first and last attempt to do business with them.
