Central American Journey
The tour itself was fantastic (Central America Journey) and our guide (Juan) was amazing, I would thoroughly recommend going to all the countries for the culture, food, wildlife, etc... However the pre-departure communication with Intrepid was pretty awful which led to us (and all the other UK passengers) incurring quite a lot of additional costs during the trip, due to the wrong visa being granted prior to our leaving the UK. On this basis, I cannot rate Intrepid more than one star and would not choose to travel with them again.
