Their customer service is BAD, really BAD
The pod is great but their customer service is BAD, really BAD, I don't think you can contact a real human even when I've tried a lot, sent lots of mails over months. I find it frustrating and irresponsible to charge a yearly subscription for the data and a pod insert and not delivering it. Supposedly I was going to receive my insert in June, its September almost October, and nothing, just useless AI replies. At the end of the day the insert is there to keep the pod functioning the way it is intended and it really frustrates me that even after you paid the super expensive subscription they can't deliver on what they promised, and not being able to give the proper maintenance for my pod. Another company that went the AI route, which basically means NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
