I unknowingly was been charged 19.99a month for a service I did not know about. At the time I didn't have online banking and as a result was some months before I realized what was happening. I contacted credit enigne via phone call and was told I would be reimbursed directly to my bank account around 200 pounds. This hasn't happened. I called back and was told nothing on the system about my phone call and I would not get a refund. I will have to take legal action to sort this mess out. Posting on behalf of my son. Updated. Received fabulous customer service and the issue was resolved. I give 5 star for the customer service.
