Get up and help your customers
Just as I thought: I get pointed to the wrong product by your employee and TP takes no responsibility. That’s fine. There are plenty other places with integrity. So. I go into TP for help. I don’t know much about paint etc. I ask the guy where his cheapest brilliant white is. He points to a section and I pick up what I assume is correct. I bring it directly to him and pay. Turns out I took plain white. It doesn’t match. I ring and he blames me for picking up the wrong paint. Well, maybe get up off your ass and actually help your customers as opposed to sitting behind your register pointing at things across the shop!!! AND he saw what I got and didn’t mention it. Or probably even take notice. He says it’s non refundable. I mean - are you f-ing serious? Unbelievable treatment of a paying customer who needed help. Never again.
