Fraudulent behavior by the looks of it
Fraudulent behavior by the looks of it! I did order some of their promoted products circa 2 months ago, those I have received. Now, they sent me a new product without my knowledge (???) and they want me to pay for it. What!? They write that I did digitally subscribe (don't remember any of it) . When I did order some products 2 months ago, I did subscribe to their digital newsletter but that was it, there was nothing about afterpayments and additional deliveries. Now, I must prepare what legal steps to take; does anyone knows about a Dutch Consumer Protection Organization?
