WSS sucks
I ordered a jersey from here, and I was going to get two. They had my size, but they didn't have my cousins size. So I ordered from here, and the other jersey I got from Lids. Both jerseys I ordered on the same day, WSS 1st then I ordered from Lids. My cousin has already received his jersey, he got it on Wednesday, this week. I won't be getting my jersey till next Tuesday. I get that the pandemic has changed the shipping game, but I'll be honest. I wish I would of ordered my jersey from Lids as well. Moving forward, I will no longer be purchasing anything through WSS. I spoke to a Brittaney via email, she was no help at all, and then I got an email from Jonathan, as Im just going to refuse the package. So now I got to order it from Lids, and I'll just wait patiently a bit longer, I mean heck, I bet I'd still get the jersey from Lids before WSS's even gets to me. That'd be sad. Anyways, my recommendation, is to not buy from WSS, but get your jerseys from a different source. These guys suck, can't even refund the shipping, yeah will now you can refund the whole order, as I said, I'll be refusing the package at the doorstep. I'm not surprised however. So tomorrow will be 2 weeks exactly from the date of order. When I refuse this package, what, am I gonna have to wait two weeks to have my funds back in my account. I mean seriously, this is the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. This is really ridiculous, man you guys should be ashamed of how y'all do y'alls business. I really hope for future customers sakes, that you guys up y'alls delivery service, because this has definitely been the worst. Edit: 16 June, Thursday David, it's now been two weeks, still no jersey. This is ridiculous, I need my money back asap, and I don't mean in two weeks, I need it asap. I've sent the last customer service representative that made contact with me through my email, so get it done. You know I will say this, I've shopped with y'all in the past, and I've never, ever had an item ever take more than two weeks to get to me, oh and FedEx, yeah they may have lost the order, I can't see any details from their webpage. Y'all need to figure out y'alls shipping, cause no one should ever have to wait two weeks for an item that was in stock at the time of purchase. AJ B.
