Great Customer Service
Had an issue with my bill, what was on the app didn’t reflect the actual payment taken from my account, so I called for an explanation and they were not anything but super helpful and apologetic. It made completely sense what happened and being the first month with them I expected a little difference anyway. But I’m loving the live app update showing times and days you spend more, makes you really conscious of what you are spending and you can also see the results of saving straight away.
