Waited 2.5 hours, food never came, re-ordered and took another hour
I want to believe in Favor. They have high delivery fees which I hope mean they pay their runners more, and have more local restaurants than DD or UberEats. Waited 2 hours tonight for my order to be “dropped off” but never show up. Was given a $6 credit and a refund, re-ordered and another $10 credit for 3 people waiting on good, and 3 hours later from when we originally ordered, had dinner. I’ve used Favor dozens of times over 3 years and tonight was the final straw. Favor’s order time is never accurate after 5pm, it will be the estimated time +60-90 minutes. - use another delivery service for dinner and on weekends
