We are giving five stars as Andrea Bocelli was amazing. A wonderful concert with some added performers who were a real bonus. We were very pleased to have seen him perform. Although high up we had a good view, better than we thought. We could see where some wouldn’t have such a good view though. With regards to queuing to get into the venue, this was difficult and clearly needs looking at. However, the stewards were incredibly kind to my husband who was clearly struggling and ushered us in through VIP entrance. Again, inside stewards were friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on prices of food and drink as we didn’t purchase any. But I would have expected prices to be on the high side like any venue. The free non alcoholic gin and tonic was great though! I don’t think anyone should have food in their seats while the concert is on. It’s disrespectful to the performers and annoying for other concert goers. Driving from the venue, we did expect it to be busy but we were lucky to get out fairly quickly. Again, needs more organisation. Taxi pick up points need looking at too as these were causing traffic build up. So although some thoughts on the venue, overall a good experience. But of course, we were there to see Andrea Bocelli and for that we have absolutely no concerns, he was just perfect.
