Service SAV a fuir !!! J’ai achete un robot en 2022 . Il tombe en panne en 2024 … fait par des chinois … on me renvoie le même et 1 an , oui 1 an apres , il retombe en panne . Au telephone, mal reçu !!! Des questions posées sauf un ton !!!! Comme si j’étais un benêt !!!! Horrible .. la garantie de deux ans sur le dernier robot ne marche plus !!! Horrible ! Un seul conseil !! Allez acheter un robot chez un pisciniste près de chez vous . Ce que j’ai fait !!! Je ne donne pas de nom . L’accueil sera super et vous aurez un service après vente digne de ce nom !!!!
