Unprofessional service
Upgraded to 3 stars as this was finally sorted but required me to reregister. This was ok until today. Tried to log in and got a 'username or password incorrect'. Emailed customer service and got a reply saying they had a server update and I would need to reset password or re-register. Password reset doesn't work, I have not attempted to re-register as that is unlikely to link to the subscription I paid. Have emailed again requesting it is resolved or refunded.
